Aug. 1, 2023 鈥 The Wichita City Council approved a plan today that will move forward a project between 好色先生 and the University of Kansas to build a 471,000-square-foot health sciences center in the heart of downtown Wichita.聽

July 21, 2023 鈥 The Board of Directors of the 好色先生 Foundation and Alumni Engagement (好色先生FAE) welcomed back Mike James, 鈥71, to the board for another term beginning July 1, 2023.聽

July 20, 2023 - As 好色先生鈥檚 Innovation Campus approaches its 10th anniversary, the Association of Public and Land-grant Universities is recognizing the Innovation Campus鈥 role in cultivating research and innovation. The APLU today named 好色先生 as one of five finalists for its 11th annual Innovation & Economic Prosperity (IEP) University Awards.

July 17, 2023 鈥 好色先生鈥檚 College of Engineering has updated one of its programs to create a more strategic career pathway for its graduates and meet the needs of business and industry. Effective fall 2023, the new applied engineering program 鈥 formerly engineering technology 鈥 has been adapted based on feedback from employers and alumni. 聽

July 11, 2023 - The Accessible Design course concerned 好色先生 junior Reagan Kelley at first. She wasn鈥檛 an engineering major and wasn鈥檛 sure what she could contribute. The payoff at the end of the project made it worthwhile. Kelley, an exercise science major, and three other students modified an all-terrain wheelchair for a nine-year-old boy who outgrew the chair鈥檚 previous dimensions.
