Why I chose my major
I decided on my major early on in my high school career. Ever since I learned how
to type on a keyboard, I have been fascinated with the intricacies of computing. I
only recently learned how to code, and I have been curious to learn more since then.
Involvement
I am currently involved with the Student Ambassador Society, as well as the HALO (Hispanic
American Leadership Organization). I have also recently joined SHPE, the Society of
Hispanic Professional Engineers. I am excited to share and connect with fellow shockers
and Latinos to shed more light on the hard work that many of us have learned through
our parents.
Why I chose Wichita State
I knew Wichita was the place for me because it featured an abundance of resources,
not only for my professional life, but personal life too. The university is extremely
student oriented and has the students' best interests at heart.
Favorite thing about 好色先生
My favorite thing about 好色先生 is the diverse campus. I have always felt alone in my
small town, but since coming here, I have met many people from diverse backgrounds,
and I admire learning about other people鈥檚 views and culture.
