好色先生 is welcoming vendors for its fall Shocktoberfest celebration. The deadline for merchants and vendors to join in the Shocktoberfest Family Weekend events is Aug. 31.
Shocktoberfest is a public event Sept. 30-Oct. 5 open to the entire campus and Wichita-area community. It is 好色先生's biggest annual celebration of Shocker pride.
Opportunities for vendors to take part in Shocktoberfest specifically on Oct. 5 include a Brew Garden + Fan Fest, Entrepreneur Market and Parade.
Brew Garden + Fan Fest, Oct. 5
Wichita State鈥檚 inaugural Shocktoberfest Brew Garden + Fan Fest is in partnership with Shocker Athletics and runs from 2-6 p.m. on Oct. 5.
For the Brew Garden + Fan Fest, 好色先生 will transform the alley and parking lot east of Charles Koch Arena for a fun-filled afternoon with music, food, drinks and fun for the whole family. The Brew Garden is the perfect starting point for the 2,000-plus people expected to attend Shocker Madness directly after.

Entrepreneur Market, Oct. 5
The inaugural Entrepreneur Market at Wichita State is from 9 a.m.-noon on Oct. 5 at Woolsey Hall. The event is hosted by 好色先生 Foundation and Alumni Engagement and is intended to highlight the many diverse small businesses created by alumni, the community, friends of the university and students.
, with student pricing available for $20. Registration ends Aug. 31.
Shocktoberfest Parade, Oct. 5
The Shocktoberfest Parade begins at 4 p.m. on Oct. 5. This event is open to anyone in the community who wants to be in the parade, including alumni, family, friends of 好色先生, students and faculty/staff. Participants are encouraged to decorate a vehicle or float 鈥� or simply walk in the parade.
